Strengthening Our Educators: Professional Growth at RCPHKMC

In our commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, our teachers recently participated in a collaborative Professional Development Day alongside educators from partner schools.

 

During this valuable event, subject teachers divided into groups to engage in focused discussions and share innovative ideas. While some teachers visited other schools, others remained at RCPHKMC to present how we effectively utilize data to enhance our teaching and learning practices.

 

Topics covered included curriculum integration, data analysis, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the strategic use of external resources. Each exchange underscored our teachers' dedication to ongoing professional growth.
